Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern use of opcai.pro and purchases of its digital membership services from SEG AI INTERCONNECT LIMITED, operating as OPC Insights.
Contact us at segai.interconnect@gmail.com. Please read these terms and our Privacy Policy before creating an account or purchasing access. The Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information; accepting these terms does not waive privacy or consumer rights.
1. The service
We provide online business case studies about businesses, products, tools and business models. Selected cases are available free. Case Library membership provides access to the published case library for 12 months after successful payment is confirmed by our server. Access is delivered electronically to the account used for checkout; no physical goods are shipped.
Practice Membership, implementation guides and other features described as “coming soon” are not included in a Case Library purchase and are not currently offered for purchase. Third-party products, software subscriptions, licenses, coaching and professional advice are not included unless expressly stated at checkout.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Google sign-in and X sign-in (when available) are optional and subject to the provider's own terms. To preserve an existing membership, sign in with your existing method before connecting another provider in My Account. A membership is for the account holder's use; do not share, sell or transfer account access without our written permission.
3. Prices, payment and delivery
The amount and currency displayed at checkout apply to your purchase. Case Library is a one-time payment for one year of access, with no automatic renewal. Any applicable charge collected by us is shown before you authorize payment. Your bank may separately apply currency conversion or other fees. Future price changes do not retroactively change an already completed order.
Stripe securely processes the payment. We activate membership only after payment is verified; a browser redirect alone is not proof of payment. Use the same account for payment and reading. If a payment appears pending or access is missing, check My Account and contact us with your order number before paying again. Receipts for successful Stripe payments can be opened from your account when available.
4. Cancellation and refund policy
Purchases are generally non-refundable. Once payment is completed and digital membership access is made available, we do not offer discretionary refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, or a change in your personal circumstances. Please review the free cases, service description and checkout details before paying.
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged twice or in error, did not receive the purchased service, or are entitled to a refund or withdrawal under applicable law, email segai.interconnect@gmail.com with your account email, order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate and provide any remedy required by law, including an eligible refund. Do not include your full card details.
Some jurisdictions provide a cancellation or withdrawal period for online purchases. We do not treat acceptance of these terms, a general checkout checkbox, or simply opening your account as an automatic waiver of that right. Any lawful exception for immediate supply of digital content requires the applicable legal conditions to be satisfied.
If a refund is approved, it is handled through the payment provider, normally to the original payment method. Arrival time depends on the provider and your bank. A confirmed full refund ends the membership access granted by that order; unrelated valid orders remain unaffected.
No subscription cancellation is required because membership does not renew automatically. Choosing not to use the service, deleting an account or allowing membership to expire does not itself entitle you to a discretionary refund. Existing orders retain any more favorable refund commitments made when they were purchased. This version applies to new purchases made after publication and does not retroactively remove previously promised rights.
5. Educational content and third-party services
Case studies are research and commentary, not financial, investment, legal, tax or other professional advice. We do not promise income, business success or any particular outcome. Product details, prices and examples may change, and you should independently verify information before relying on it.
We are an independent research service and are not affiliated with or endorsed by featured products unless explicitly stated. Third-party links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Membership does not grant rights to copy another business's brand, software, images, data or other protected material.
6. Permitted use and intellectual property
During your access period, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the content for your own learning and internal reference. You may apply ideas you learn, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. Do not republish or resell paid content, distribute account credentials, bypass access controls, scrape restricted material, disrupt the service or use it for unlawful activity.
We and the relevant rights holders retain ownership of protected content, branding and technology. Any statutory quotation, fair use or other applicable legal exception remains unaffected. For permission requests or intellectual property complaints, contact our support email.
7. Your submissions
If you submit feedback or community content, you remain responsible for it and must have the right to share it. You retain ownership and allow us to host, display and moderate it as needed to provide the feature you use. Do not submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material, or another person's private information without authority. We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
8. Availability, changes and suspension
We maintain and update the service, but interruptions can occur. Content may be corrected or updated. We will not use changes to arbitrarily remove paid access already purchased. If we cannot provide the service as agreed, contact us for resolution and any remedy required by law.
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, fraud, security threats or legal requirements. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. Suspension does not override mandatory consumer rights.
9. Responsibility and mandatory rights
You are responsible for decisions you make using research and commentary and for complying with third-party terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the completeness of every example. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights and remedies that apply to you under mandatory consumer or other law.
10. Questions, disputes and changes to these terms
Contact segai.interconnect@gmail.com so we can try to resolve an issue. This does not prevent you from using a payment provider's dispute process, contacting an appropriate authority or exercising legal rights.
We may update these terms for future use and purchases, publishing a new version and effective date. Material changes affecting existing services will be communicated where required. The price, access period and refund commitments applicable to an existing purchase are not reduced retroactively by a later version. Keep a copy of the terms and checkout details for your records; you can print or save this page.
