Privacy Policy
This policy explains how SEG AI INTERCONNECT LIMITED, operating as OPC Insights, handles personal information when you use opcai.pro.
For privacy questions or requests, contact segai.interconnect@gmail.com. This policy covers this website and its membership services; other websites and third-party products have their own policies.
1. Information we process
- Account information: username, email address, display name, profile information you provide, password hashes, account identifiers, sign-in records and membership status. We do not store your password in plain text.
- Google sign-in: if you choose this option, Google supplies a unique account identifier, verified email address and basic profile information, such as your name. We store the identifier, email, display name and last sign-in time to create, link and authenticate your account. Our integration requests only
openid, emailandprofile; it does not request access to Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts or calendars. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens for ongoing access to Google services. - X sign-in (when available): if you choose X, we use your X account ID and username to create or link your OPC account and record your last sign-in time. We identify you by the fixed X account ID, not your display name. This integration does not request your email address. X requires the
tweet.readandusers.readscopes for its current-user endpoint; our login integration only retrieves your own basic identity and does not read posts, followers or private messages. We do not request posting permissions or offline access and do not store X access or refresh tokens. X processes authentication under the X Privacy Policy. To revoke authorization, visit your X settings under Security and account access, Apps and sessions, Connected apps. Contact us to remove the stored OPC account link; revoking X authorization does not itself delete your OPC account or orders. - Orders and membership: order number, account identifier, amount, currency, payment and refund status, Stripe transaction references, membership start and expiry dates, and receipt references. Stripe receives the payment and billing information you enter in its checkout. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Activity and device information: visited pages and case studies, referral source and campaign labels, device category, event timestamps, reading duration, scroll progress and checkout interactions. Site analytics uses visitor and session identifiers and may associate activity with your account or order. Hosting and security logs may include IP addresses, browser information, request details and errors.
- Saved preferences and communications: saved cases and browser preferences, support messages, information you submit to community or feedback features, and requests for future services. Content you choose to post publicly may be visible to others.
- Existing membership records: accounts migrated from the earlier OPC service may include historical orders, phone numbers, linked WeChat identifiers, redemption records and profile details. These support existing account access, membership verification and support; their presence does not mean this website accepts WeChat Pay or Alipay.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, authenticate sign-ins, deliver purchased access, show order status and receipts, handle support and eligible refunds, prevent abuse and fraud, maintain security, understand service use and improve the website. We also retain relevant records to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Operational analytics can include automated reports about site performance and public page content. Google sign-in information is used for account functionality and security, not advertising or training general-purpose AI models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, processing is based on performing our agreement with you, complying with legal duties, our legitimate interests in maintaining and securing the service, or your consent where required. You may withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
3. Who receives information
- Service providers: hosting, technical support, security, operational analytics and communication providers process information needed to provide those functions. Support correspondence sent to our Gmail address is processed by Google's email service.
- Stripe: processes payments, fraud checks, refunds and receipts. Order references and account identifiers are supplied to reconcile your payment with membership access. Stripe also processes information for its own regulatory and security purposes under the Stripe Privacy Policy.
- Google: authenticates you when you choose Google sign-in. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Legal and business purposes: information may be disclosed where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, protect rights or investigate fraud. If the service changes ownership, relevant records may transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.
We do not sell Google sign-in data or use it for targeted advertising. Access to account and order records is limited to people and providers who need it for the purposes described here.
Email update requests
If you join our updates list, we store your email address, signup time, consent version and pending status. Email delivery and address confirmation are not currently active. We will not send campaigns to pending requests before verification. Use the private removal link shown at signup, or email our support address to request deletion.
4. Cookies and browser storage
The site uses WordPress authentication and security cookies, a short-lived Google sign-in security cookie, and browser storage for saved cases, preferences and checkout continuity. The Google sign-in security cookie expires after approximately 10 minutes.
Optional analytics is disabled until you choose “Allow optional cookies.” Choose “Essential only” to decline, or use “Cookie settings” in the footer to change your choice. We save this choice for up to 180 days. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control prevent optional tracking. Essential security and transaction processing remain active.
First-party analytics uses opca_v (a visitor identifier lasting up to 30 days) and opca_s (a session identifier lasting approximately 30 minutes and refreshed during activity). Referral information may be kept in session storage. These are analytics identifiers, not payment card details. We also use Umami for website statistics.
You can block or delete cookies and clear local or session storage through your browser. This may sign you out, interrupt checkout or remove locally saved preferences. Our custom browser event tracker stops sending events when it detects Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control; this does not stop necessary server, security or transaction records, and should not be understood as a universal opt-out from every provider's processing. Pinterest, Meta and Google Analytics advertising/measurement integrations are prepared but are not currently configured or active. Enabling these providers will require an updated disclosure of the providers in use. No advertising identifiers are sent to them by the inactive integrations.
5. Where information is processed
The website and its membership database are hosted on a server in the United States. Our operator, authorized administrators and service providers may process information in other countries. Existing OPC account records transferred to this service are stored in the US database. Privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Contact us for information about the handling of your information and any transfer protections applicable to your situation.
6. Retention and security
We retain account information while needed to provide the account and related support. Orders and relevant payment, refund, security and dispute records may need to be retained after membership expiry or an account deletion request for accounting, legal obligations or the establishment and defense of claims. Retention is assessed by the purpose, legal requirements and whether an unresolved matter requires the record; there is no promise that all records are erased immediately on request. Backup copies may remain until they are replaced through normal backup operations.
We use HTTPS, password hashing, access controls and server-side protection of payment credentials. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Never send passwords, complete card details or security codes to our support email.
7. Your choices and privacy requests
Email segai.interconnect@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” to request access, correction, deletion, an export, or review of how your information is used. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing, object to certain processing or complain to your local data protection authority. We will assess and respond under the deadlines and requirements of applicable law, and may ask for proportionate information to verify ownership of the account.
To disconnect Google, you can remove the app's connection in your Google Account settings and contact us to remove the stored account link. Revoking access at Google does not itself delete your OPC account or order records. Arrange another sign-in method first if you want to keep using your account. Account deletion may end access and does not itself create a refund entitlement; mandatory rights and the Terms of Service remain applicable.
8. Children
The service is intended for adults who can enter into a binding agreement. It is not directed to children. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. We will show the updated version and effective date here and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required. Questions and complaints can be sent to segai.interconnect@gmail.com.
